Why this podcast exists
Most B2B podcast content is either celebrity-founder fluff or vendor-sponsored thought leadership. Trust Leaders is neither. Guest selection is deliberately narrow: operators in security, privacy, and AI governance whose decisions other practitioners can actually learn from. The result is a back catalog of security, privacy, compliance, and AI governance founders talking about the operational decisions that shaped their work, not generic "what's your morning routine" interviews. A few guests are practitioners rather than founders, including a Field CISO and several heads of security, where their experience speaks directly to the same problems.
What that comes down to in each episode: how you built what you built. The decisions behind the decisions. What worked, what did not, and what you would do differently.
